Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with MindJoy. We ship worldwide, with a focus on the United States, Australia, and Canada.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Delivery time Estimated delivery is 8–10 business days to the US, Australia, and Canada after dispatch. Delivery times may vary during holidays or due to carrier delays outside our control.

Shipping cost We offer FREE shipping on all orders.

Tracking A tracking number is provided by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Wrong or incomplete address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 24 hours at contact@mindjoy.store and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.

Lost or delayed packages If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, please contact us at contact@mindjoy.store and we will help track it down or arrange a replacement.
