Refund policy

We want you and your child to love your MindJoy books. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee.

Returns You may request a return within 60 days of receiving your order. Items should be in their original condition. To start a return, email contact@mindjoy.store with your order number.

Refunds Once your return or refund request is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or defective items If your book arrives damaged or defective, email us at contact@mindjoy.store within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the damaged item.

Non-returnable situations Refunds may not apply to items damaged through misuse after delivery. Each case is reviewed fairly.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible at contact@mindjoy.store.
